FAQ

  • Is self storage expensive?
No, self storage—as compared with most other forms of rental space—is relatively inexpensive. We have many different sizes to choose from ranging from as small as a walk-in closet to as large as an oversized garage, so it's easy to work the cost within your budget. When selecting a storage space, price is determined by size. Remember a small efficiently packed unit will be more economical than a larger poorly arranged unit.

  • What about insurance on my possessions?
We suggest you carry insurance on your stored items as we do not. For peace of mind you should insure the property in your storage unit just as you would in your own home, office or business. For your convenience, we have information available in our office for an optional insurance plan. You may contact them directly through their toll free number. But first you may wish to check with your current insurance carrier as your possessions may already be covered off premises through your present policy.
